Golden Key Images was founded in late 2025 by Carmen Norris, a Lansing‑area native who moved to Jackson from Holt and built her business with the support of her husband, Aaron. As a wife, mother in a blended family, and someone grounded in her Catholic faith, Carmen brings sincerity, care, and integrity into every project. Before launching Golden Key Images, she spent four years as a Transaction and Listing Coordinator for a Real Estate Associate Broker, working closely with agents and their clients. During that time, she scheduled photography, coordinated virtual 3D walkthroughs, and had the privilege of meeting countless families and stepping inside a wide variety of homes. Those experiences sparked her passion for capturing properties with intention and professionalism, ultimately inspiring the creation of the company she leads today.
